Using the Build Team From Enterprise feature to set a resource’s Booking Status to “Proposed” provides several benefits:
- Changes resource classification in the Resource Center.
- Prevents or removes the tasks from the resources “My Tasks” page.
- Prevents the system from sending the automated emails when the project is published.
- Is a good way to clean up resources My Tasks page after a project is complete.
